Dont blame you in the least. If I had to pick one which could be run quick that would be it. No matter how long it sits it will still have some grain floating around on top. That nearly fooled me a time or two. Since you have the fancy wash checker and know how to use it..should be no problemo..lol. I would plan on siphoning it through some cheese cloth so to keep the soybeans outta the boiler. Now if you want to get some fancy equipment pick up a pool leaf dipper at Wally World. Best gizmo I have run into for straining out the solids on SF. They charge about ten bucks. Course I am a smart K Mart chopper and bought mine at a garage sale for a buck.

Well whats the verdict? Expecting to hear great things. I am sitting around sippin on my lime flavored corn whiskey. Its really good. A lot better than lemon I think. Got to be a lot of vitamins and stuff like that in it most likely. Would make a person chunk rocks at store bought lime flavored vodky.

so far after the first run i got three pints so far first one 145 proof sec 145proof third 140 proof working on four now

That is too kewlish. You might need to mail out some CARE packages to your pals. That pot still run I did only come out at 120 on the nose. Condolences on the demotion..sniff sniff. You must have made the 12 year old kid who runs this place get agitated or something. Go ahead and fess on up. It will make your conscience feel better.

Now if a person want to do it right I have it on good autority to boil up the sugar in the back set Dunder maybe? I have been somewhat influenced by Blooming Limeys for some reason. What is Dunder?

dunder just a differnt name for backset i think lol. i mixed some of my sugar up like that before i poured it in the sec gen i put about 3 gals dunder in to a 15 gals of sen gen
