Yep I've been through a couple of them too. As others have said it will run forever until the temp goes up in the water and then it cycles on and off. Brewh has been nice about it but said it will be a while before they have a new batch in that is designed different. I went and purchased a fountain pump from Home Depot for around $38. I went with the fountain one since it was designed for having a high lift rating. It works great, much more power than the Brewh one but of course 2x the price. It primes instantly and has both lines free of air in seconds, well worth the money.
