"Hi Everyone.

Ok I understand I need to discard the first two ounces of 5 gallons of mash. If I run it again does this apply in the second or third run? I'm assuming the poison is gone but I thought I would ask the experts.

You assume right :) If there is any methanol in there once you get rid of it it's gone.
