What are the uses of a neutral spirit besides fuel? I see that there are a lot of people making sugar washes but there would be no flavor to that?

Vodka--gin--- Neutral spirits are not fuel grade alcohol. The stuff we make contains some water."

Basically unpeated grain would be referring to a grain mash that hasn't been smoked in peat smoke.
