He is recommending the Essential Extractor PSII High Capacity- Complete Distiller by Brewhaus. I am on my third still and that is what i would recommend also. The extra 100.00 dollars will be recouped in quicker runs.less propane or electricity and a lot more time to drink. "Get the high capacity. I have the pro series II with a 2 inch column. I made two runs yesterday and it took most of the day...don't get many days off here so i wish it could have gone faster.
Again like you, I thought about small to start off with...but if your time is limited, you will want to get it done. After running 25L of wash, you will get a few quarts of the good stuff....so running small batches I could only imagine how little you will actually get.
I just think you will enjoy this more if you have a good setup from the get go.
