"Ok I just did it. I just ordered a PSII high capacity still from Brewhaus. I hope it really is twice as fast as the PSII without sacrificing the quality. And here is where I need your input.....How am I going to explain this one to my wife!! She appreciates the fruit of my hobby but says I spend too much time on it. Of course the thing that is taking so much time is the actual distillation step so buying a faster unit makes since right guys? I'm hoping that excuse will work but it is admittedly a little weak. So help me out with some ideas. The good news is Rick has a little shipping delay so I have a couple weeks to really get my act together before the thing shows up on the front porch!"
