even when i run beer through mah still do i have to throw out the foreshots?

Still, beer is basically a low alcohol wash. If you'd cut it from yours, you should cut it from theirs. :)"

Your body will thank you. Just collect in small jars and let it air over night.
Anything questionable can always be re- run.
it is much easier to make strict cuts when you get yer drinking stock built up.
Shoot I can't hardly drink beer or wine anymore. My body got so used to clean likker every thing else just makes me feel bad.
