Ive been trying to place an order by phone for a couple of days but get no answer. Anyone else having this problem.

Have you left a message? Because we have been so busy we have had to focus on orders, and then return calls in groups instead of having someone stop and start every time that the phone rings. But we are returning all calls.

Called and talked to a real knowledgeable sounding Lady out there today. Told me my hooch making apparatus would ship by the end of the week. Ordered on New Years Eve. I bound to have been having too much Ezra to knock that big of a hole in the plastic. She also did a short conversation and think I finally got ordered the right stuff to mount my ho made copper still the plumber is trying to build to the keg.

Im rarely home so we would end up playing phone tag. Just needed oak chips but got from a wine shop. Thanks anyway
