How much taste comes from the yeast if your doing a neutral (sugar) mash? I use 48 hour turbo but I let it go for 5 days. Everything works great but I"m trying to get it completely tasteless. Yes I"m only using the hearts and the stone carbon, it's good but I want it great! I have a reflux still, maybe I'll do 2 stripping runs and a spirit run.

I'm probably the wrong one to answer your question but the turbo stuff always had some off flavor for me. I have only ran pot stills and some flavor is what I'm after.
