At the direction of the Moonshine Guru I am running a test today..to see if a lazy fat boy can turn a reflux still into a pot still without bothering to take out the segment which makes it taller and without taking out all the copper plugs. General game plan is just to keep the water to the column turned off and take whatever it pukes up. That should work huh? This will be on the 2nd Generation Sweet Feed. So far it has only took one trip to the auto supply store to buy hose clamps where it was leaking. Yall kindly be praying it don't blow up or something. Thanks.

Well I have turned the heat down twice and right now its hanging at 194 column temp still dribbling. Last partial jar did not have the wet tennis shoe smell yet..lol. Sure its into tails.
PS Edit. That crazy thing has still got a runny nose. Maybe they originally invented it for a chinese water torture device or something like that. Do anybody vote for turning up the heat and getting this ordeal over with? Is that the end it supposed to have? Thanks.

It was dark. I finally kicked the heat up a bit and it started getting close to 212 on the column so I unplugged it and went to bed. Made for about a ten hour day. Got a new batch fermenting this morn and going to try to run Bayou's version of Birdwatcher's neutral wash next weekend.
