Iam with Peter, i have the same set up you have and i just remove the rings and get a nice corn drink.

Download the .pdf owners manual from Brewhaus. Removing the rings and cooling the condensor only is the way to run that unit in Pot Still mode. The newer version is even better than the old design. Brew-USA
