Hey appollo,if you have rasins left, you can use them for a 2nd wine. just put enough water in there to cover them up, then boil some more sugar, and let it cool to 80f.When the sugar is at 80f,pour it in there, and top off with water.
If your yeast is alive,{and id bet it is} It will start back up in a day or 2. If nothing is happening in 2 days, just pinch a new pack of yeast. This 2nd wine wont have as much flavor as the first, but will still be good.If you wanted to wait a while you could let the 2nd one finish, then you could mix the two together, and run it. It wouldnt hirt to put some yeast nutrent and some pectic enzyme in there if you have some. And no I wouldnt water the first one down cause you will lose flavor, and lower the alc.%.Also dont use too much sugar, keep the sg at 1100 or lower.
