i started a a white trash brandy last week from fruit i used to favor some rum. it was about 3gals water 2lbs mangos and 3 lbs fresh starwberrys ( note both mango and starwberrys had been site on suger for a week maken syper before i add i did this) add about 3 or four lbs sugar so citic acid the water i got in town and trouble pitched some yeast and a little dap just mixed it togther with warm water no cooking sg. started off at 1.070 fermented for a week stoped at 1.000 rack it to the ice box yesterday like the carp siter to the bottom going to run in the morning
