i think this sec gen is one sour or two bad i mean i smell to high hell i think its dont taste to bad but the smell i know i was aiming for a sour mash but i think this went to far

Guess you could call it Sour Sour-mash. What is your assessment of yellow vs white cornmeal? I always tend to buy yellow but could switch to white if there is a big difference.

Well white cornmeal kilt my Granny. She died from an ailment called Pellagra which is a shortage of B vitamins or maybe Niacin. Yellow cornmeal has plenty..white cornmeal dont have any. Back in them days in her area yellow corn was considered animal food while white was supposed to be for humans. All the po folks ate was corn bead and fat back and other yummy stuff like that. White cornmeal is apparently dangerous..at least for po folks.

Oh ok..forgot about kids. We can lay in the shade and drink hooch while watching them work. Good plan..lol.
