is there a good method that will enable me to use plane sugar a yeast?

Hello Justin,
Very easy if you use a turbo yeast. Otherwise, you must add nutrients, adjust ph, etc. Some people will boil the sugar with citric acid or lemon juice for better fermentation. I don't.
Just follow directions on which ever yeast you choose. Fast and easy.
