Current ferment needs at least another week..maybe longer since it been chillaxing under the AC. Did the correct room temp ever get finalized? Think it been hanging in the general vicinity of 78 on the nose. Next ferment after that gonna have some Rye in it. Cant wait to see what Tex Ritter making a big commotion over Rye Whiskey about. No. I have two 110 circuits in the hooching shack One 15 amp and one 20 amp especially designated to run the little room AC which is in it. The AC normally gets run on the 15 amp circuit because its close enough to plug in in direct as the AC was not mounted in the anticipated location close to the heavier circuit outlet. Anyway I plugged each element into separate circuits and turned off the AC. Seems to be working just fine thus far about 90% through the first run. No router controller needed..which is a real blessing. Thanks for all your help in getting that puppy hooked up right. Did a rewire and the green wire on the nipple with a hose clamp just as instructed. Should be good to go if OSHA shows up.
