Can I use my leftover mash? I saved it in the freezer and was wondering if I can use it and in what proportions? It was originally from a 5 gallon ferment.

Hey Curt..seems like most folks who use the backset or dunder in the next ferment tend to keep the proportions at around a gallon for a five or six gallon wash/mash.
