Well knew yall was sick of hearing bout my crappy ferment so decided to run it just to get the misery over with. The newly remodeled bucket with the two 110 elements worked like a champ. Using both elements brought 10 gals of wash and 1 qt combo heads and tails up to speed in 45 mins at which time one element got unplugged with the other one allowed to run unregulated. Started out a bit tense because the heat was trying to settle at 182 even taking all the available water to the column. Then whamo it dropped to the low 170's and give it about 20 min reflux time. The fores and first of the heads came off real quick then it settled in at 175 and slowly dripping. Been doing it for at least an hour with no sign of changing. Still have near full flow water going to it. Think it already snagged at least a qt and a half or so.
