I walked by my bucket earlier just to check on it and noticed the 15 sec I was standing there it didn't bubble once. From it's activity yesterday this was odd.. I went in and back out about 15min later and the same thing.. stood there 10-15 sec and nothing. I popped open the lid and it was still active.. bubbling on the top. Since it was open I took another reading and from 1.020 the other day it's at 1.010 now so it is working. Once I put the lid back on within a minute it was bubbling about 2 times every ten sec. It just made me wonder if maybe giving it some air kicked it back up or if that would matter?? Any thought of why this may have happened?

Your lid is improperly fit. Try racking it to a carboy--all the sediment thats in the bottom too.

Yeah I agree, that little dash of air/02 wont make that happen since its not disolved into the solution. Givera good stir and let it keep going and/or rack as Scotty says. It sounds like its getting close now."

Ya I didn't figure that was it but wasn't sure.. didn't know if this may be a more common thing or what.. but the lid is actually tight.. nice bucket with rubber gasket and strong locks all around.. the tube is sealed up good and has been going fine no problems before.. and no problems now just that brief moment I dunno what it was. Maybe if I left it it may have started up also who knows. And is that an ok thing to do I'm guessing.. give it a good stir this far into it and let it resettle? Is it a good practice to do that every time for any beneficial reasonsor just if there is an issue?

Sounds good.. I'm just gonna leave it so I know it has settled good by the time I run it... don't know what kind of nonsense I'd have myself in if it wasn't for this forum.
