"UserPostedImage

here is the deck where we will be setting up the mashing, distilling, smoking and BBQ ing operations. please note the 2 recepticles for 120 and 240 volt operations. The lowest recepticle is also a second 120 volt with a GFI in circuit.

Te light above the door will be used to supply the power for whatever lighting we install for the deck.

The deck will not be closed in but will have a railing and a translucent overhang to keep out rain and direct sun.

All fastners are stainless steell and all wood is pressure treated with whatever is legal today."

"Thats hilarious Just Me.

The larger in-line thumper has a removeable (heavy) bubble cap that simply rests on the thumper floor.

Just before she settles in the cap will rapidly tap (I say dance usually) for 4 or 5 minutes..
Kinda sounds like an old steam engine off at a distance."

Well, my Sheet Metal Co. that I use asked me, why don't you build the upper column out of Stainless Steel? I said I would if I had some to build it out of, and they said we can fix that. So here it is, my New Stainless Steel Column. Of course everyone knows what they want in exchange. Goin to give it a test run in the morning.

The seal between the boiler and the column is a sanitary coupling used in food and beverage production, they are availble from Brewhuas. It has a teflon seal good for about 500 deg. all 304 Stainless Steel. Just made a run of corn and works great!

Love the thermometer set up. Is that connected to a standard brewhaus column and did they have all the parts?

I would think that the lead in the solder would be a no-no. What do you think?"

Compact "facility" is light weight and easy to move or hide.
