Why is it that I can only buy an Essential Extractor pro-Series II from brewhaus.ca which is charging a $100 dollar premium over getting it shipped in from the states. For the extra cost I could get a High Capacity version ,which is not available in Canada i might add, from the states! Brewhaus is gouging Canadians by asking higher prices and offering fewer products than are available to the rest of the world. Yay my butt feels great, thanks Brewhaus!

You guys burned down Washington, D.C., you don't think we're still pissed?

Please DO NOT mistake the Canadian company for the American company. Brewhaus Canada is simply a distributor for Brewhaus America Inc. We cannot force them to carry all of the items that we offer, nor can we dictate their pricing. This has certainly caused us grief in the past, and I expect that it will continue to do so.

A bit off tract guys. Lamp, I believe the Brits burned down Washington, not the Canadians or the Mexicans. This forum must have changed to the complaint center, maybe next it will be the pick-up chat line. Personally if I had a complaint with Brewhaus, I'd write to Brewhaus not bore every one with my petty squabble. I apologize for wasting everyone's time. Sorry.

Thank you Whitewater. As a person who has only had excellent service from Brewhaus ,Canada,, let's get on with the business here of discussing distillation and the likes.

Just a quick note for Canadians with a Calgary complaint. If you are close to a border, ship it to package center mailbox in a border town and go pick it up. Border wasn't a big deal. Tell them it's for water distilling. I too found the Calgary pricing out to lunch.P.S.- please don't knock my country, my relatives fought off the British just like yours to get the Americas.

We are very happy to say that we are now able to ship directly to Canada. We are very sorry to those who felt they were treated poorly, and appreciate your understanding regarding our previous situation. However, we can once again see to it that those north of the border are taken care of.

And even after your shit talking they are still being nice and keeping ya updated. Give em a break bro and get with the program. Get the worms out. May peace be wit ya mon. Dey neva done me no wrong aside from being slow as hell. Price and product is pretty good though. My only real complaint has been their failure to address the cooling line kinking problem. I fixed mine but I have to say that selling a product with a problem like that borders on 'rip off'. In anycase my EXTACTER II has paid for itself a few times over already this year. I have no regrets in doing business with them. Allen
