Well made a good drink tonight that I fell in love with.. Had me some 120 proof aged it with toasted slightly charred cherry chips for a few days till it had light color and subtle taste.. Mixed some with apple juice and wow.. I mixed mine bout 2/3 juice 1/3 likker and its very very tasty for me. I can drink it like a beer.

Sounds good Sir. Your making me want to have a drink. Which that dont take much effort..lol. This last batch of Apple Pie has been getting some rave reviews. Will try to include cherry chips on the next batch. Thanks for the tip.

yep.. made me some more today.. Only aged the jar which is half full at 120 proof for one day this time and it seems good... I did add an extra chip or two though because i was out and needed some new :)

Wonder do WW have the cherry chips in the bbq section maybe? I have also been aiming to try making Cherry Pie. Kindly keeps the eye peeled for some good recipes for that stuff. I had rather use fruit juice(s) as opposed to the actual fruit. Thanks.

Think I'm fixing to try it starting with the Cherry flavor. Could sure cut back on production costs compared to buying all that crazy juice. I also have an old pal who is is into cinnamon whiskey for some reason. Might have spotted his Christmas present..lol.

Nice lol.. Well wanted to try some cola with it tonight for the movie and got some cherry coke to mix with it.. Pretty good also.. I'm starting to like aging this stuff on cherry for no more than 2 days.. I like 1/2 to 1 day best filter and drink.
