I still have about 5 cups of my malt wash that wouldn't fit in my pot and don't wanna waste it and obviously not gonna just run such a small amount.. Could I just add that in with a new CM and sugar mash.. Figured it would add a bit of malt flavor to it and don't see what it could hurt.. anyone know any problems that would occur?

nope, just more sugar for the next addition of yeast. You prolly wont notice anything extra from it but it should'nt hurt anything.

Well its been sitting for a few days after its been done so no activity is going on so what I did was just dump in the liquid and tried to stop before the yeast settled at the bottom enter.. Then I added in my cooked CM and sugar water. I also only had 5.5 lbs of sugar so i went ahead and threw in a half cup of brown sugar.. Got it locked down no
