got my new psii today what a nice peice,except for damage to kettle by ups.ive heard mention of a cleaning run with vinigar.befor sac. run. would anyone like to explain cleaning run for me.being i dont have aclue????????

You got it quick. is the kettle still usable and are you going to get it replaced? Can you post pics of it when it is all togeher? Yes, i am trying to live vicariously thru you un til I have the cash to get mine.

ran some water this weekend.when sugar was fermenting.everything worked out fine. easy to operate. high quality equipment!!!!. should last a life time.

Glad to hear it. That must mean that the kettle wasn't to badly damaged. I'm still waiting for my money tree to grow some cash for me so I can buy mine. In the mean time Ill keep reading and learning.
