"Hey all, I'm an old fart wheat farmer from Kansas. Got my wheat in and it's up and lookin' good. (does need some rain) Been a lurkin' and learnin' for a spell now, and decided to join up. Got some equipment and supplies ordered from the Brewhaus. I have been makin' wine and brewin' beer for several years and have decided to expand my horizons a bit. I'm still reading posts and tryin' ta learn all I can but I know when I gits started, I'll probably have some questions. Welcome TangleFoot, You picked the best place for questions and answers. It has helped tremendously in the couple of months I've been around. You have a great start. You know how to ferment and you have your own wheat. My favorite vodka is made from 100% Spelt wheat. Keep us informed.

Ditto on what Hokey says. What kind of equipment did you get? I have the HC PSII with the 8 gallon kettle and has worked well for me. There's a lot of knowledge to be gleaned here. Have fun.
