Probably a bit overboard , but I have a physical library of 1/2 pint of everything I've distilled over the last 19 months. Dated, described and boxed up. Reference data. Pretty interesting. Practice makes perfect. Just musing. Yes, I have been

I thought about this awhile back.. Realized its not an easy reality for me as I don't have the containers or space to store. Maybe one day I'll have the capabilities for this :)

I did that with really small jars, they were jelly sampling jars I dont remember the oz's but they were like 1 inch tall and 1 inch diameter. You really dont need more than that cause your just gonna givea sniff and a little snippet of a taste. Then of course refer to your notes and make it again or move on to the next, right?

Heeler... yeah, just as a reference, not as collection to drink. I just used the 1/2 pint jar cuz they were here. My wife got into making jams and preserves awhile back; which actually was kinda odd as neither of us eat jam very much. That hobby quickly passed so I stole her jars
