Just introducing myself. No Southern blood in me. All my fun is north of the Mason-Dixon line. :) Will soon have the PSII HC. I finally talked the wife into spending the cash to do this right. I currently have a tea kettle homemade setup with box store copper tubing, hot plate from Walmart, and condenser from the local "science surplus" store. Why am I doing it? Same answer I give when people ask why in the world I would take my ATV to the places I do. Just to see if I can. Simple as that. What started as a science experiment has turned into an obsession.

Welcome theferalmoon. That is a very familiar story to a lot of people I bet. 4 months ago I stuck a coil in a crock pot, threw in a box of wine and three hours later PRANG, Grappa! well not quite but you get the idea. I have been upgrading ever since. Have fun and be safe.
