hello, i'm just starting out.. ive tried a few stove top brews, now looking for a potatoe brew if anyone has a thought please help out?

Hi and welcome. There are many knowledgeable folks here who can answer any question. If you can tell us what kind of rig you are using and what you are looking to make it will help with an answer. Potatoes are usually used for neutral alcohol ie. vodka. There are some great recipes in the recipe section of this site. Keep on shinin' Brother
