I try to keep my room between 75* & 80* I start the wash at 95* & pitch the yeast & then it cools down to room temp. Takes me about 14 days to ferment, although I usually wait 21 since I'm not usually in a hurry. Heads are very compressed (I reflux for at least an hour) & I have great delineation between the heads, hearts, & tails. In fact I get fore tails & aft tails. The fore tails I can clean up with carbon & the aft tails go back into the carboy for the next time.
