Just decided to stop in and introduce myself. I have been a all grain beer brewer now for 6 years and decided to start distiling for water quality.

Welcome-- i have burton water sa;ts and dublin water salts in my bag but never used them. I guess geting gown to it would be to start with distilled water for certaint beverages

correct but that is not the water i will be making. that water is good to have around, but beer just is not enough at times.
