Hotrod, My suggestion is that you save your money and start with the best one you can afford. I tried to go on the cheap as I learned and although I was learning it was a waste of my money. I finally got the PSII HC with the premium Kettle and the product is great and the frustration is gone. If you start with at least the PSII 2" for $299 you are far ahead of where I started. If you have a Keg you can by the column for $159. The total kit will come with all the hoses, pump, ect that you might need and only a bit more than you want to spend. If someone has stepped up you may be able to pick up a used one. Good Luck.

If I could find a setup for around 350 I could do that. But no more than that. Also thanks for your help.

Check this setup out but get the 15 gallon boiler - It includes the water pump and copper mesh- you dont need the chain with premium boiler either http://www.brewhaus.com/...-Distiller-P1015C96.aspx Too bad we cant post links :) :) :) :)
