"Hello Brewhaus Forum members.
While I have been reading the forums for a while now, I just registered so I can join in on the learning of distilling. I purchased an 8 gallon Premium Kettle with the Essential Extracter PSII High capacity Column. I first started trying to make my own kettle however after a few failed attempts I went with the best I could find. I also went with the bronze starter kit. Which I think is a great purchase. I have had many successful runs however there is so much I don"t know and I felt that it was time to find a community that can help me out if I need it. Vermont laws are very lenient on homemade spirits which is great for me! When Maple syrup season comes around I plan on getting creative with some sap!! I look forward to reading and responding to everyone"s posts!!

Welcome and I'm sure the maple syrup will work fine as does the cane syrup. Let us know how it goes
