"Wanted to do a quick hello. I am the proud owner of a new PSII with a keg connector kit that i will run on propane crawfish boiler for now. I am totally new to the hobby,but have had marginal success with beers in the past. Beer proved to be a little too finicky.
There is a wealth of info in these posts & I'm ready to light off on my own. Y'all expect lots of questions from me!
