"Want to run my idea by the group as I still have much to learn. I kind of tend to like to through my own twist on things and want to see if I am leaving anything out. Any thoughts critiques or suggestions welcome. I really want to produce some good stuff. Going to be running through PSII HC Keg Kit and probably 10 gallons of mash

Thinking about
5lbs of Corn - sprouted
2lbs of crushed 6 row barley
5lbs of Brown Sugar
Distillers Nutrients

Not sure if I need to course grind my sprouted corn or not but plan to cook corn and barely for 2 hours in about 5-6 gallons of water. Then add sugar to dissolve and add to ferment pot with enough cooler water to bring to 10 gallons. When temp right pitch two packets of whiskey yeast and let work

Run through full column will copper mesh only to try and avoid 2nd run. Good, bad, ugly? should i turn on a little reflux? Want to age some with chips to try and some with bourbon essence. Going for good smooth Whiskey by the way."

Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated, honestly I'm a good guy and really just wanted a little insight from the more experienced guys. Is there a secret password or handshake or something? HAHA.
