Hey from British Columbia,I've been watching that show on the discovery channel about making moonshine and decided to give it a try.I've got a batch of cornmeal going now for six days and it's starting to look like I may be able to distill it in another couple of days.Something to help pass the long winter till I can dig my bike out and ride again.:)

I just got a brew kit and ingredients for some beer myself, it will be my first batch of anything. Doing a lot of reading on the process you're getting ready to do, good luck on it and let us know how it comes out.
