Hers the problem... I have a nice little wash going right now and my still just pooped put on me. It's funny i just threw something together and it happened to be exactly the ujsm recipe only with two more pounds of sugar. What can i do with my wash though seeing as i won't have a still till next month when i get the PSII high cap? Btw i added no yeast it's left over from last wash/wild yeast.

If you have a carboy then when the wash is ready, transfer it, airlock it & don't worry. If not, then keep it airlocked and in a cool place - it should be ok.

Yes i have a carboy with an airlock so it should be good then? How will it affect the abv?

It won't. If Fermented to 12 abv it will stay at 12. A month isn't a big deal. Just keep it in a cool and dark place.

Sweet cool. I just think that this wash is going pretty well and i would hate to of had to of thrown it out.
