I'm still learning, studying, reading and doing all that I can to get a grasp on to this new, not too distant hobby. I've got a 15 gallon on the way with a pot still tower on it. These are my current ideas / delimmas that I'm currently working on, let me know if you have a better idea.

I've settled on getting rubbermaid Brute (the yellow and white ones) trashcans to ferment in.

I've ordered ""how to brew beer"" to learn more about mashing grains.

I need to find and figure out some cheap glass jars to use to catch the stuff and age it in.

And of course, heating element issues of which I'm about to make a separate post.
