The media is saying it's the usual annual sabre rattling. If the NORKS ever launched on the US I'd guess the current administration would ask for more UN sanctions and maybe an apology.

You can bet China and Russia will help North Korea and we will either destroy more nukes or back down. I don't have much confidence in the trainee in chief.
