I dunno, I have a 4-quart model that I use and I can produce 700-750ml per one and a half hour run. Surely this is enough for one person to enjoy for a night or two! And I do use good yeast ,Prestige Vodka Yeast from Bruhaus, which ferments very thoroughly, providing me with a high abv to start with. So if space and/or finances are a concern, go ahead and build one of these inexpensive little dandies; and they are also easy to store,hide, too!
