"Found the forum a few days ago and really like it here, I am from NETexas and just ordered a Brewhaus PSII HC,
only problem is the 15 gal tank is out of stock until the first of may and the build won't be ready until the first of june,
That will give me a lot of time to look at all the different receipes to decide which one or ones I will try."

I am being curious about what got you interested in distilling if you don't mind telling us??

Well, like a lot of folks I watched the TV series "Moonshiners" but have been interested in the process for a number of years, both as a fuel and for drinking.
I have fone a lot ot research on the web and narrowed down my findings to Brewhaus and MileHigh sites, I went with Brewhaus because they are a Texas company that is only 70 miles from my home.

Dont remember anything you think you learnrd from moonshine lol-- My first still was from mile hi-- I avoid my opinion of that companys claims for its products.
