i need some help regarding aging in wood kegs...my product smells and taste like wood after 3 months of aging...can someone please help

Vodkadaddy, Did you age in a new oak keg? The big boys seem to use a lot of old sherry or port kegs. If they use a new keg, this is only used for a short while then transferred to a used keg.
