Great kids ordered me a PS II. Any suggestions on my first recipe? Obviously I am new at this so any help in layman's terms is appreciated.

As heeler said lts of recipes available here. If your new to brewing as well as stilling I would recomend a neutral sugar wash like the "Gerber" recipe for a first and second to get your feet wet and learn the operations.
