I've made several batches, one from molasses, one from corn syrup, several from sugar and turbo yeast.

Lately, The last two batches, I seem to smell ammonia in my distilate. Is that possible, or is something temporarily wrong with my nose? I can smell it in the heads, good stuff and tails. What if anything is wrong?
