"i have a wash that i ran and i typical re flavor and then re run it
so as i was pouring back into my fermenter i see its foaming like crazy why is that ? the charge should have been used up i would think"

Heya Kane.. What are you doing - are you adding the backset from the distilled wash, or the etoh you got outa yer wash to the fermenter?  What kind of 'charge' do you have in the fermenter? Need a 'tad' more datum, sir  |

i just made a run and didnt have time to dump it back in the ferment container
when i dumped it back in it started foaming all on its own i added nothing to it yet
