"Hi all, I just registered to this forum, a link was send to me by a fellow distiller. My name is Henk, and I'm dutch. Why is a dutchmen on an American forum? Oh, the link was a link to legalisation, and my goal is legalisation of destillation in The Netherlands. Besides there is always more to learn. I've been distilling now for quit a time, started with small pot stills, then I build a 40 liter ponu. Since a short time I have a 40 liter pot with a worm, and a 30 liter VM/LM combo with a secondary boiler for positive feedback (Mike's new design). Unfortunatly I've not been able to use them, why? Because they are build for a legal distillery I am starting (Artisan Distillery Nes), and need approval from our goverment. I don't wan to risk illegal distillation before the approval. Also I've started a dutch HD-forum a few years ago, which is grown in a short time from nothing to a great group who are experimenting with recipe's and still designs. Well that's in a few words my introduction, now I wanna start reading a few posts "
