Been making wine and hootch and would like to take the next step into making some quality spirits. Found this forum while looking at the Pro Series II and was impressed at the quality of information here.
I am very new to this and was hoping someone could post a couple good links to some research material to read up on before jumping in.
Also, does anyone know if Brewhaus can mail to Canada? Is there some specific changes that I should request while ordering?
