Do you mean doing a spirit run with low wines?. If so, it's not recommended to run higher than 30~40% for the risk of boom!. Your still will only produce as high ABV as it's capable of no matter how high the ABV is. A spirit run with low wines.will produce a higher ABV than it will using a.raw wash though, only a few ABV.

yea nah i was thinking of doing a re run of some stuff i have what do you cut it with ? to knock it back down to 40 % abv

What's the wash?. If it's a neutral wash just dilute it with water, if it's rum or the such you can use dunder or fresh wash to help.with flavours. So many different ways.

its all sugar cane based / molasses rum with some apple juice sat to long so the apple juice went flat
