"Joe,
They're two different books. The link you provided appears to be a reprint of papers written by William Y-Worth in the early 18th century. The one most of us refer to was written by Michael Nixon & Michael McCaw.
Unfortunately, it has been stylish to use ""The Compleat <whatever>"" when naming books. Apparently, the archaic spelling of the word ""complete"" has a lot of appeal. It's a reference to the famous book, ""The Compleat Angler"" written by Sir Izaak Walton in the mid 17th century. In any case, ""The Compleat"" gets slapped on many how-to texts ... and in this case we end up with two identical titles. Just search for ""The Compleat"" in amazon books and you'll see what I mean.
Anyway, I'm sure the one you want is the Nixon-McCaw book. You can find electronic versions online.
Regards, --JB"
