I bought a couple of Still Spirit essences to try out but I'm a little confused. The back of the bottle says to mix in 300ml of sugar. How would you go about measuring something like that? Are they talking about volume to where I would just measure it like you would liquid? Anyone here that's used and of the Top Shelf products that can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

If directons stated, 'measure 1 cup of sugar', that is a volume. So if the directions read 'measure 300ml of sugar' that really is no different ,except for the actual volume, than saying a cup of sugar.
