How things going. I'm Bishead. Wanted to use Biscuit but it had already been taken. Been following the forum for over a year. Been a great source of info. Signed up a few weeks ago to help with the legalization of hobby distilling. Have sent proposals to both NC. Senators and today Mark Meadows from the 11th District. Don't think bad of me since I'm from the land of the "Show". Some of the guy's I know personally and some I just know of. I got my still from Brewhaus last May and Rick give the option of canceling my order cause the TTB just got involved. My point of getting a distillery was to go legal with my Hobby. I believe it is very doable (hope that is a word, spell check cleared it) to change the Laws. Been in the Restaurant Business for over 30 years and a Chef for 15. Playing with recipes and making something delicious is what I like to do. Making my own distillate is the best hobby I could have... Love it.

I didn't know we had a biscuit registered. ill see if he is active. He registered in 2006 and never posted-- I couldn't find how to delete him. I had the ban option but I didn't know if that would effect you using the name.

Thanks Scotty & Heeler will send a message. Just a little side note. The guy's from the show don't know about my hobby cause what they want and what I want are two different things. Going to keep it that way.
